Salt dough recipe
1cup salt
1cup warm water
2cups flour
As the weather is awfull today i made some salt dough to make some Christmas ornament. Just with a straw and i little cup how much fun children can have.
They learning mathematics as they cut pieces out of one piece of playdough. Learning science with the force they are using the straw on the dough. If they press hard it will make a hole if not pressing to hard i will do a print of a hole Same with the cup, they are learning about cause and effect. It help develop fine motor skills maybe even gross motor if they are standing up with the dough on the small table to their size while they are pressing hard.
